Hi justRelax,
You provided a replay, which is 16 minutes long, and it didn't really help us. According to the screenshots, the user told you the same insult three times in a row. I also checked if he has past offences, but it seems like his record is completely clear. Therefore, in my opinion, the user should NOT be punished. However, a verbal warning should be given. It is in order to raise awareness to refrain from flaming, insulting and disrespecting players and staff members again.
Nevertheless, as a staff member (you as an ET member), I'd suggest you to use the /ignore function to avoid things like that in the future.
I'm aware that staff members are not supposed to use that function, BUT I highly recommend using that if you're really getting offended by such things. However, if the user is extremely exaggerating and being aggressive/vulgar, I'd definitely expect you to report it.
Waiting for an official GM's reply.
Thanks.

Hi, would like to say I’m in complete agreement with Tom on this one.
I would only use the /ignore function when you’re absolutely at that point.
But I will also add imo I do think this was much of a joke then him meaning it. Which is like what 90% of people say on the internet some times. I recommend Verb Warning.
Hi Relax,
A verbal warning will be given for this matter. If he continues further action will be taken.
Thanks for reporting!
Note for TGMS,
-Staff cannot use /ignore on players by any means so you should not recommend that to another Staff member.
