i dont think any spread will solve this low dmg issue (tho i still think a more static spread is superior to this RNG one so i support this), DMG is fine if you hit hard in the center of the hitbox, but most people don't, they hit near the edges resulting in low dmg hits.
I think the hitbox needs to be increased like on the other server and the spread maybe changed to whats suggested here
