Hi JAS,

My fellow GM, Jordan, handled your report which was posted around 1 hour ago with a reply says the user has been warned. Unfortunately, even now when the user has received his 3rd warning in total he doesn't bother to fix his internet issues, which seems like pure abuse and disregard towards the rules. It's not tolerated at all as well.

Therefore, due to the circumstances, the user has been banned for 3 days + sent an offline message. Hopefully it will encourage him NOT to abuse spikes/lags again.
