In watching the replay the user was never questioned about his Spike or lag. You said somethings once but nothing formal was said to ask him to fix. There was a few other GM's in-game at the time. If his spike was a problem please make it formally known to a GM in game that way it can be looked at immediately. Watching the replay in its entire length he seemed to spike every other minute or so, And for only a brief moment. Nothing significant that was benefiting him, and it didnt look abused. At this time No action will be taken.
