Are you on a laptop? Kind of sound that you are.

You probably did this but assuming you're using nVidia graphics, did you change the settings for maximum performance globally and not just for LoL/CSGO? Have you tried switching your laptop mode from balanced/battery saver to full performance?

Ok, interesting case. You are facing fps drops in a rather empty room? Or a room with more than 20 players?

I don't think I can help you much, but I'll try, here are some options to change:

Font size, is it 100%? If not, it might cause slight fps drops.

    Try to enable/disable D3D9EX

Turn off Reflection, Shader and Dynamic Light

Disable the background programs that you don't use and update what needs to be updated(redist, directx, etc.).

Wow, very weird. Do you have third party anti-virus software on your computer? Try to disable that and then play.

If you're on windows 10, its also a good idea to disable XBox gamebar.

Check if Gunz is using the correct graphics card (or any at all) in your GPU's control panel, and see if your drivers are up to date.
