Hi Grief,

As for the stalling part: it's a Duel room, means it's not punishable. If it was a TDM/Team GLAD room, then it'd be a valid reason to kick. Overall, declined.

As for the abusing /kick function part: I've added a warning + offline message to the user. It's in order to encourage him to refrain from abusing it again in the future since kicking for invalid reason is punishable, especially when he ignores the verbal warning which was given earlier.
