    1) Add ON/OFF option to disable combo counter.
Just another QoL setting that can make the game look cleaner if you want, considering the combo counter isn't really useful for anything.

    2) Add transparency option to name plates (should apply to both ally and enemy name plates).
Alternatively, an option to make the font smaller as these name plates can be really obstructive.

    3) Add option in MISC to not compress screenshots taken with F12.
Especially useful on lower resolutions where sometimes the compression can make the text unreadable.

    2) Has been added in the next update. Allowing you to change the ingame player name size from 6-11 (10 being the new default value). I've also applied antialiasing to those fonts to make them cleaner.

    Working on 1) and 3).

Excellent, I was going to ask about that too, but thought it might be too hard to implement. Great to hear!

Done. I've added the following screenshot quality settings in the next update:

    • Bad
    • Average
    • High
    • Very High
    • Uncompressed

Where Average is the default (original) value. Though I'm not sure about adding Uncompressed, because the size of Uncompressed screenshots is 2x to 3x the size of Very High, with a hardly visible gain in quality. I'm afraid some people might set it to Uncompressed without really knowing what it means and end up spamming their harddrive with unnecessarily large screenshots. To protect these people from making that mistake, it would make sense to limit the quality setting to Very High, I think. Plus sites like imgur.com end up compressing the screenshots anyway.

Here are 3 screenshots in 1080p:

    High (435 KB):

    Very High (653 KB):

    Uncompressed (1700 KB):

tl;dr we shouldn't add uncompressed quality and stick to very high as the max quality.

I can tell a difference between the "High" and "Uncompressed", but in a game like gunz where the graphics quality is already very low there's no point except for making chat more readable. since its still readable at "high", thats probably where id keep it.

    I've decided to settle for:

    • Average [Default]
    • High
    • Very High
