that way it'll have the lowest possible impact on general balance (or no impact at all) - the current ones are 15/290.
Explaining why they should be added can be long so I'll make it short:
Mostly for Gladiators who want to play with kodachis without being forced to use 20+ damage ones.
and use moves such as voidstep (and others) which is done best at 260 delay.
(14 damage will keep the balance so it's not op for the general tier)
So, I personally think it can add up to the general gladiator experience. (not sure how many kodachi users are left around)
