Tell me please, what's the point in reporting this when it was already dealt with in-game? You were provided with ALL of the explanations the day after the event, when you saw me in a training room and chatted with me about that. I cannot say that you did not learn anything from the previous staff-report, since you actually came and 'tried' to solve it in-game. However, you didn't show any seriousness in the conversation we had, other than repeating the question "can you send me the replay" (https://imgur.com/a/pSszp21). I'll repeat the answer which you were already provided with, and say that I am not obligated to share my replay(s). Side-note; the entire conversation was in Hebrew to make you understand better, but seems like I wasn't clear enough in my words (?).
This report just proves what other staff members and I have been dealing with recently, whether it's about your disregard or unwillingness to listen to anything we tell you in order to solve possible inconveniences. Not to mention we are almost a week after the Dodgeball event Divine and I hosted.
Since you didn't understand what are the differences between lagging & force-lagging, I may explain it now in detail.
Lagging is when you're having network issues, whether it's neither up to your abilities to control it nor your awareness. However, force-lagging is when are forcing your computer to lag, the pings will go higher so you can actually abuse the anti-lead system (can also be found here).
The reason for why I defined what you did in the Dodgeball event as force-lag is because it looks suspicious when your movements and ping were stable UNTIL you faced a rocket which was supposed to kill you and you evaded it by teleporting. This is indeed unfair and considered as rule-breaking. Important to mention that it happened a several times in different rounds.
Last thing which I want you to take into consideration. I may ask you to stop annoying my fellow Event Moderators, and Benny in particular, by repeating the question "am I force-lagging?" or nonsense comments almost every event in order to cause provocations, even in those where lags do not even matter and you know that pretty well. I promise you that further actions will be taken next times, in case you keep causing provocations or even harassing our staff members. We have zero tolerance about such things.
