[Help - Account] Player Rebirth - didn't receive the coins ;'(

Hi, this thread is for my stupid friend who can't reset his password to the forum,

Character: Hitaman

Welp, he went on the website -> My Characters -> choose Hitaman character -> Rebirth -> logged in FG -> character LVL 5 -> no coins in website.
