Sell All []

Should be a thing for the future to also sell all rings and maybe other iTypes besides common, uncommon and rare.

A possible idea would be to add a checkbox in the Sell All Dialogue in the left corner to say to include these other items, so that sell all would affect those items as well (rings, etc).
