There was only one moment where he had a glitchy movement but other than that, there was nothing abnormal, seems like pure distance lag. His ping went from 135 to 170 but I wouldn't call it spike either.

It's going from 135 to 170, wouldn't call it too unstable, could be minor net issues but it was barely noticeable in the replay you've provided. There was only one moment when he had a glitchy movement but that's not enough for a punishment.

UC does not affect your ping anyways so I don't think that's the case too (there were no signs of UC imo).

Hi hart,

No signs of UC from me either, it was just minor net issues as Ommadawn stated in his last reply. I will let him know about the net issues so he is aware of it. We are not going to take action regarding UC based on that.
