reduce delay of shura from 999999 to 329 or at least 339 please. shura is an oldschool sword which used to be very fast back in the days, dont know why its super slow, just like how golden drag sword was. gd sword was 369 delay before till it got reduced recently. dont know why we shouldnt do the same for shura.
