Hey inxeres,

I've watched the replay and the user was indeed spiking and refusing to fix it. However, you provided us with a replay which contains 1 round only and it's not enough, according to the requirements (click here > Force-lagging & Spiking to read more).

Anyhow, the user will still receive an offline message. That's in order to encourage him to leave the game and fix his internet issues when he's accused for spiking/lagging again.
