Hey CounterCraft,
The user was indeed informed about his spikes but kept playing for around 3~4 minutes and gaining EXP (kills), which isn't acceptable at all. What he had to do was to go to the lobby immediately and try to fix it. Therefore, the user has been given a warning + offline message in order to encourage him to leave the game back to the lobby when he's accused for spiking again and rejoin once his internet issues are fixed.
By the way, I recommend you to try the /vote kick <IGN> command next times when facing a spiker. If it doesn't work by any chance, you may also try to contact an online Game Moderator who may assist you by using the /staff <message> command.
