After reviewing your replay and screenshots that you attached, in no way did you mention or try to get the attention of the user to tell him that he was spiking. If you told him that he was spiking and he ignores that would be a different story. But anyways, throughout the replay it looked like both you and him do not have the best internet, neither did half of that room.
I will be giving Zoku a verbal warning in regards to spike.
Feel free to contact a Game Moderator in game with /staff too.
