Hey Toshi,

The replay you provided us is 16 seconds long only, and it's quite hard to make a decision based on that. Anyways, referring to the replay, it seems like the user went AE for a few moments, but he wasn't really aware of his internet issues, so he kept gaining kills obviously. You could also figure it out by looking at the Tab because his ping was --. For the next times, I highly recommend you to warn the user about lags/spikes that he might have. If he refuses to fix it, you can always try starting a vote-kick on him or contact an online Game Moderator, using the /staff <message> command.
