Regarding the user ^EOral^F; Based on the requirements which you can find here, you should've provided us with minimum of 6 rounds, but you provided us with 3 rounds only which is not sufficient. However, the user has been given an offline message in order to encourage him to fix his internet issues next time he's accused for lagging/spiking.

Regarding the user ^N-^IReika^N-^E; Other than telling him "recording"/"ur vpning"/"ye reporting brb", you didn't really inform him about his lags/spikes. Therefore, no action taken.

You could easily use the /staff <message> command in-game and contact an online Game Moderator in order to assist you with both minor incidents. I was online at that time and could help you, but "surprisingly" you choose to report on forums immediately. Another tip; kicking a player for lagging/spiking is considered as a valid reason (click HERE), so you may try it for the next times.
