At first, I'll repeat what I mentioned in the previous report and quote; "Include the reported user's colors in the future". That's a requirement after all, so do not ignore it.

As for the reported incident; User has been given a warning. An offline message has been given as well in order to encourage the user to leave the game and fix his internet issues immediately, when he's accused for lagging or spiking ever again.
