According to our rules - It is mandatory that you inform the user of his lags / spikes and give him the chance to fix it at least twice.
I've checked the replay and it looks like you've informed him only once, do you have more evidence?

I dont have any more screenshots but this is not the first time he's spiking.
In my previous warnings (https://freestylersworld.com/showthr...?123177-spiker), he ignored them all as well

It was already said in your last report that it is mandatory to inform the user twice so how come you're informing the user once, again, when it has been explained to you in the past?

well, i didnt actually catch the part on informing the user twice as i have already did that in my previous report (in screenshots) and it wasnt the reason why he did not receive a warning. the main message i have gotten from the previous report is to warn the user in the video recording, which i did.

I understand but unfortunately informing the user once is not enough because maybe the user was too focused at the game itself which means he might miss your warning, he also did not reply at all so it could be right. Therefore, I gave him a verbal warning and hopefully it will not happen again.
