Hello,
You can change your forums name by going into settings>edit profile>edit username.
For ingame name, you have to create a new character with that name or you can purchase the name changer with coins in Fgunz.net.
You can also remove/delete old character names that has been inactive with fgunz.net>characters>blue button.
