Since the entire GM teams already knows this guy has been abusing his spikes to get in-game advantage for a couple of years now at the very least and somehow has been getting away with that.
Last time he even called Jordan to check on him and after a brief "check" of around 10 seconds he proudly stated " you seem fine" - NOT.
this collection of evidence from the very same day where he was "checked" and guess what? he seems NOT FINE, needs /fix.

Jordan - As a GM you should know what's the difference between lagging and spiking, checking a user for around 10 seconds will not tell you anything.
