Since the entire GM teams already knows this guy has been abusing his spikes to get in-game advantage for a couple of years now at the very least and somehow has been getting away with that.

I gave him a warning and also sent him an offline message about it.
P.S: You haven't provided any screenshots even though you said you did but I guess it doesn't matter since it wasn't needed, we can see everyone's pings in the replay itself.
