I don't believe this is minor as he clearly confirmed he doesn't have a problem being racist, that can be seen in the convo we had.

Seems like you don't have more evidence. He was indeed racist towards you but as soon as you approached him, he stopped with the racism.
It's still wrong tho which is why I'm giving him a verbal warning.
