[Help - Other] Why does everyone in game teleport instead of dash animation?

i don't remember it being like that before i stopped playing gunz, even when i check old gameplay, there was some small teleports here and there but it deff wasn't as bad as it is now. ppl don't even have dash animations for me atm lol

im talking about 1-2 years ago it was deff 10x smoother than it is now

you might actually be right now that i continue watching more old gameplay lol, server is really not smooth and i only noticed it now
