hello i can't log in to my account when i try i got message "connection failed.please try again" can someone help me?

Try restarting your router first, see if it works or not.
If it doesn't work, unplug your internet cable for a few moments and then plug it back in.

Check your anti-virus/firewall and ensure your GunZ.exe of the Freestyle GunZ folder is whitelisted.

If it doesn't work too, could you please tell me if you're connected on a hotspot or mobile/data connection?

Firewall its ok, gunz is on whitelist, i have mobile internet connected on the cable
