Btw, I've seen someone saying in Hebrew that him trying to death avoid but dying before leaving counts as death avoid, so it's not. It can be extra evidence but it doesn't count as death avoid since he died before he managed to leave. If the user is doing it constantly then we might consider it as a death avoid.
