Imo it's an incredibly stupid rule to ban players for lagging, especially considering how dead the game is (I understand there's a 3 warning system). In any other game, CS:GO, Valorant etc, when someone is lagging the player just gets kicked from the room. But here, we have these little *** (Bart for example) running around F11'ing everyone slightly spiking, they are just killing the playerbase even further by reporting every small nuisance.
My addition to the lagging rule:
The reporter must attempt to kick the player from the room first - If the player does not get kicked, no matter if any lag or spike occurred, obviously the other players don't give a shit, so no need to give an infraction, if it didn't bother anyone else.
It's simple, someone is lagging? Kick - other players press N? It's clearly not a problem and you're just being a little bi*ch
I've played on bad wi-fi before, and its more about complaining/crying than the lag being any problem, the funniest is when you make a duel room, 1v1ing someone, and that player starts saying "lag" "wooow man, lag!", it's like, get the **** out of the room and go duel someone else then, but again, it's about crying and complaining.. Someone threatened to report me for lag in a 1v1, like it's a 1v1, quit the room you absolute ret**d
