no more evidence , when he was spiking i typed /staff no one were online, hence i reported it . he kept rejoining so i couldn't record long . if its not enough decline .

I know he has a terrible net and he knows it as well, but I cannot and don't want to punish him for one minor lag. When he was teleporting and ignored everyone else, I did punish him. Tony said you two talked and he spectated him as well, I don't believe he deserves a punishment for lagging once.
