We have decided to permanently ban the user (Bart) due to him threatening and insulting users on multiple occasions and repeatedly. He's had enough chances and warnings.

"ur ****ed, fyi"
"pls taunt me again and youll figure out what a greyhat is"
"****ing inbred"
"ill perm kick u for the rest of ur existance"
That's just some of it in the past week.
Please keep in mind that Bart has also received mutes and warnings in the past for using IP grabbers to get the IPs of players and reveal their (rough) location in public (town/city - that's as accurate as an IP location gets). The combination of all of this, with him threatening people left and right, led to him now being permanently excluded from the game and community, so all of you can enjoy a better and safer environment.
