now I just look at the prospective as I got a lot of responsibilities if its my bussines or my family and to still find time to run this community the amount of energy and time this consumes and I am pretty sure this is not as profitable for the time they put at it so... to do this for that amount of time for the people that are here is pretty awesome in my view.
