Abuse Training Sticky Nade

Reason: Chase around player and put training sticky nade on them causing nuisance and ruining game play.
This is ok to be a child and do this in training room, but in an actual room this is very disruptive.

Theirs nothing against the rules to use such weapons.

However Training Sticky Grenades will be removed in near future.
