He had one laggy moment for 2 seconds, except of that moment he was fine. There were 7 players in total and you're the only one who complained even when he had no lag issues.
Based on all of your reports, Shanks, it seems that you're hunting him inside the room and trying to get his attention. If you have a problem with that, then stop attacking him. It can be seen in your replay that he attacks you only when you try to attack him first.
