Where is the proof of the kick avoiding? There's nothing to see in this replay.
Started the replay after he got kicked, but it shows that someone knew he would rejoin on another account and other people mention it too. Isn't it furthermore shown on the discord server that he got kicked at that moment? Can u at least mute him for insulting.

I can't compare the logs with your replay because I don't have the exact timestamps. For your future reports, you should take a screenshot of the kick and of the vote kick getting accepted and then another screenshot of him joining with a different account.
However, he was indeed breaking the rules by telling you all these insults. Therefore, user has been muted for 24 hours.
