I like the take on this suggestion. However, my only concern is that on occasion I enjoy running a double sniper and double poison enchantment for maximum HP damage.
If this gets approved, maybe shift fire enchantment to dealing both hp and ap damage at the same time? Half the damage so if it deals 40 damage total then 20 to go and 20 to AP.
I really like this idea, seeing as how all the other enchantments hace some type of effect. I've always liked the idea of an item that disables all healing effects.
