That's a 70 minutes replay, when did he start lagging? I've watched the first 5 minutes and he wasn't lagging even once.

Specific time stamps I possess not, but it can be observed in yon recording from minute ten till the end that thou mayest be abusing a minor ping spike (10~20), which thou hast been known to do for many a year now, which is verily vexing.

If you're saying that his ping goes from 50 to 60~70 then it's very minor and not really punishable. If there would be around 50~ ping difference then sure I'd understand it, but that's not the case. Over the years he did have net issues but his ping would go up to 500 sometimes, so once again that's not the case.

I've watched till 20:00 and his ping didn't go to 70 even once, it was very stable.

Btw, I did see him avoiding death once but that's not enough for a punishment, if he did it several times then feel free to give time stamps and it will be handled accordingly.
