Nah you must not understand or are closing your thick skull because you must have this guy be a hacker. You can see sparks flying from where guy shot from, Its a Clan War also is it not fair to assume where he'd go since most people play the same exact way. Plus whats crazy is he pops one shot in the general direction someone shot from and then switches back to lane where guy is shown and you believe that is 1000% hacks.
