Well, it's not like he follows you everywhere just to say it or spams it on lobby, he only said it once and that's all, that's not really harassment.
As for accusing, we have no rules against falsely accusing others.

We cannot remove the chatlogs as you requested in private because there are hundreds of them but we did delete the link he posted (I also removed your evidence here so people won't be able to see it).
