As a veteran Gunz player since 2006, I'm curious about the location of FGunz servers. I just want to know if we're located in NA, EU or can be reached globally with medium latency. My questioning reason is not to suffer high pings or if so, find a solution for myself (if possible). I know that private servers rely on donations and suffer from cyber attacks such as spams, DoS. I wouldn't to expose and pinpoint your exact location by making you a target. Yeh, talked too much.

Oh my! That's awesome! I was suffering high pings when I played in many private servers (we all know the names of 'em, not to mention). I'm currently downloaded the client to my notebook, but I'll install on my desktop with hi speed cable network. I can play and even donate to keep you alive for just to play the nostalgic quest maps. (Dungeon maps mimicking LOTR's Moria Mines, lovely costumes and crazy original Gunz soundtracks? Goosebumps... I realized LOTR reference in 2008) Cheers! Many thanks dude.

Note that GunZ is primarily a peer-to-peer game which means you directly connect to other players so the ping of you to the server should not affect gameplay that much (except server-sided actions such as chat, loading games, NAT connection to other players, etc.).
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
