50 ping, stood still and flipped several times and no flip. Started recording, flipped another six times and still no flip.

Wasn't NAT to me, either a bug or hacking. I think it's worth investigating.

It's not a hack, it has something to do with his net or he became a ghost to everyone who was in the room (happens in Turbro rooms too), the solution would be a rejoin or a death.
In your replay, he was only standing and typing, if you have another replay of him actually killing an abusing this bug, please do report.
