Possible. I'd say > 66.67% (2/3) YES could work.

Seems like the original idea is based on optimism and I can see it working for as long as the environment doesn't become too toxic. I think that competitive players that play to win CWs for coins or w/e will probably vote no to secure their wins or just to piss others off. I mean there's a reason why other games don't make this choice determined by both teams.

An idea I had on discord that's not dependent on both teams: If someone leaves within say like... first 10 seconds of the match, the match is automatically paused for up to 60 seconds and automatically unpaused and round restarted when the player rejoins. The exception to this case are players that get disconnected after 10 seconds. This fix wouldn't work for them.
