You've provided 1 replay but multiple screenshots from different clanwars, can you provide more evidence?
Btw, just because someone has a stable 210-220 ping to you, doesn't mean he's spiking/lagging, that's distance lag. If you want to have a lower ping to him, you can move to a closer country lol, you can't "fix" distance lag.

User "babysonoob" has already been Warned + sent a offline message about his net issues in another report. I will be sure to remind him of this, also continue to report if he keeps lagging or spiking and not fixing it. As for Venn I did not see much there to take action.
