I’m going to watch the replays again a couple more times, just to be sure nothing was missed, but based on what I saw already it’s just a net issue. Due to the high ping it is making you feel like he is hacking, but his ping is around 270-320 which causes some delays.

Yes I see his net is high but after all I’ve been playing gunz for long time that’s why I feel he is not legit although he had high ping compared to me vs others player also not how the way he hit
