I dont know whats lagging this problem, it just tells me to uninstall or close the program. Would anyone know what would cause this problem or how to find this? I do have discord open generally?

Do you have any 3rd party apps running in the background that monitor your internet?
Would the amd radeon replay system count? because I looked and can't find anything that would possible count.

Any application that monitors your internet. You have something running in the background that monitors your internet, close that and play.

Most likely it's a tool such as GlassWire that's running behind the scenes, probably hidden as a service.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
