Hello! If any of the above posts don't solve the problem, right click your desktop and go into your Nvidia control panel.
Click on "Manage 3D Settings" and then click on the "Program Settings" tab.
After this you'll scroll down to "Max Frame Rate", set this to 250 or higher.
I had the same problem before and tried every solution, and this is the one that worked.
For some reason Nvidia sets Gunz to a lower frame rate due to the low-end aspect of it.
