I was playing like usually then i get disconnected.
I can't login to the server.
Its say :
Unable to connect! Is the server offline or gunz.exe blocked in your firewall / anti-virus software ?
What should i do ?

I already Turned it off and still not...
i uninstalled the game and installed again

You probably have some third-party antivirus that keeps blocking even after being turned off by the user. Some AVs do that.
You'll have to whitelist the FGunZ folder, gunz.exe and launcher.exe of FGunZ. Also right click the launcher > run as administrator.

Wow why so many have this problem

Try adding game fgunz.PNG and gunz2.PNG
if don't work them used Phone internet connection to bypass, the problem is with your ISP[Internet Server Provider] and Fgunz network

Make sure Gunz TCP and UDP allow the connection
try running the launcher As Administrator
and another tip try making a new account on your computer to see if works
and every time I reinstall a program I use Registry Cleaner programs this two --> Ccleaner Portable and Glary utilities portable
They are also good for removing anything that the uninstaller forgot.
I used ccleaner portable and glary portable I don't want official program to install cuz they will register in my system so portable is also amazing
Last option is install the gunz another folder maybe this works or another Disk example this were I have installed Fgunz
