For Your Information take note of the things I stated below.

~Requirements~

- If the report is based on clanwar you have to provide a replay with minimum of 3 rounds and minimum of 4 screenshots showing the ping of the user.

- It is mandatory that you inform the user of his lags / spikes and give him the chance to fix it at least twice.
