[Help - Launcher] game wont start

hey just a small issue im having here if anyone could help.

trying to play gunzo again after a month or so but when i bring up the launcher and hit "play" it just goes blank and disappears idk what to do.

i've never had this issue before i already tried uninstall/reinstall and allowing the app through my firewall idk what else i can try

any tips are welcome.

Have you checked if your windows defender has allowed the fgunz folder? If not:

Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions. Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process.
