Missing donation items

Hi, I just logged in after quite a long time, and I notice some of the items I purchased last time were missing.

I can see in the purchase history I did buy items like Golden Desert Eagle and the Fafnir Rifle, but I dont see them in my inventory or storage for my characters.

Anyone knows what happened to them? Did they get removed? Can I be compensated in coins?

We refunded some of the items with the release of V8, check if you have coins instead.
