Its called a FireWall >.> Your firewall is blocking Gunz.exe therefore in order to receive certain Info, it must scan it. Just allow Gunz.exe through your firewall (I use Windows 7)

I'm almost sure my firewall isn't blocking it,if it blocks something,a screen pops up and i always allow it then...
